The location was stunning and wonderful for our stay, within a 5-minute walk of Convention Center Plaza. the breakfast had a good choice of selection, and the food was outstanding. - Great service, as the staff were very helpful.

Rooms are clean and modern, equipped with everything you need. The staff goes above and beyond to help out. They even let us check in early! 😊 Great service all around.

The key location was great for accessing downtown attractions and amenities. The free breakfast was a nice convenience for a quick morning meal. Additionally, having access to fitness facilities was a bonus for staying active during my business trip.

There were several negative aspects of my stay. The cleanliness of the hotel was not up to par, as there were stains on the carpets and bedding.

We stayed at Residence Inn for 3 nights and it was perfect for our needs. The front desk staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The breakfast selection was amazing and included vegan/vegetarian options. The rooms were clean and well-appointed, with a beautiful view of the canal. The manager, Tamra, went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The separate living area and full kitchen were a lifesaver, especially with a toddler. We will definitely be back when we visit again!
